To ensure delivery of quality health care to the most at need and oor families residing in poor urban areas.
MESCO initiated Community Based Program for providing Medical services through a network of Mobile Clinics and Charitable Dispensaries at door-step to the economically weaker section of society, intended towards bridging the gap in healthcare for urban poor. Emphasis on prevention of diseases is the primary focus as many from these communities grapple with nutrition deficiencies, infectious diseases and health conditions emerging from unhygienic living conditions. Medicines such as antibiotics, vitamin supplements, and calcium and iron supplements are provided through clinics. The beneficiaries are issued a registration card and are entitled to avail the services by paying a highly subsidized cost for the service.
The organization runs Three Charitable Dispensaries at Kurla, Malad, Mumbra and one mobile clinic serving Mumbra Kausa. The Kurla dispensary provides General Clinical services as well as Physiotherapy Unit..
Each year MESCO, through dispensaries and mobile clinic catering to over 60000 patients
